Description

Ensure juicy, delicious meat every time with the Flavor Injector. The injector is perfect for seasoning roasts, poultry, pork, and steaks from the inside out and can be used for basting the surface of the meat as well as injecting liqueurs into cakes and puddings. Simply add your favorite spices or blends to butter, wine, beer, or broths to create your marinades.

Instructions:

1. Make sure the O-ring on the piston is lightly covered with cooking oil before use.

2. Attach the needle to the outer tip of the injector by turning it counterclockwise (do not tip over).

3. Pull the plunger up to draw marinade into the injector (make sure both holes on the needle shaft are submerged to prevent air from entering the barrel).

4. Create a geometrically centered injection point in the flesh with a deep, straight needle trace and two additional traces extending from the original point.

5. To ensure even distribution of the marinade, slowly inject the needle out of the meat. Repeat this for each track.

6. For steaks, squirt the marinade through the sides of the meat after wrapping it in cling film.
